These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Service"), available the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Please read these Terms carefully. Our Privacy Policy works alongside these Terms to explain how we handle your personal information. By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

MealWatchers operates on a subscription-based model, with possible future access to premium features, available through recurring monthly payments. Here’s how it works:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time by managing your account settings or contacting our support team. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current paid period.

3. Data Management

We use data collected through our Service to improve your experience, personalize offerings, and enhance our platform. The App is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, international treaties and conventions, and other applicable laws. Eight Bit Studios, LLC. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights associated with the App.

To keep MealWatchers safe and enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account, if we suspect misuse or violations of these Terms.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

• Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities.
